Cisco CCNA Certification

This new CCNA certification has been redesigned to provide the skills required for today’s associate-level job roles in IT technologies. The new CCNA certification covers a broad range of topics including: Network Fundamentals, Network Access, IP Connectivity, IP Services, Security Fundamentals, Automation and Programmability.

There is now only 1 exam at the CCNA level

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites, but ideally candidates will have one or more years’ experience of implementing and administering Cisco solutions.

Required Exams Training Course
200-301 CCNA Implementing and Administering Cisco Solutions (CCNA)

Recertification

Recertification is an important indicator to you and your employer that you have kept up with current technology trends and validated your skills at the rigorous level of the original certification exam. All certifications will have a three-year recertification deadline.

To recertify:

  • Pass any one Associate exam
  • Pass any one professional concentration exam
  • Pass one technology core exam
  • Pass one CCIE lab exam
  • Earn 120 Continuing Education points. The Continuing Education program will be extended to the CCNA, Specialist, CCNP, CCIE certifications – 120 Credits will be required for CCIE Level recertifications
