Juniper Networks Training Credits (JTCs) are a simple purchase option that enables you to make a single purchase of training for use throughout the year. They provide a convenient and easy way to purchase and receive the top-quality training you need to optimize your Juniper Networks investment. Training credits can also assist you in securing training budget during your budgetary process.

Training Credits are redeemable for 12 months by all employees within an organization for any eligible Juniper training course offered by Global Knowledge. Eligible classes will indicate the number of JTCs needed for payment.

Training Credits Ordering Information

Juniper Networks Training Credits can be ordered from your Juniper Networks account manager. They can be purchased at any time in combination with a product sale or independently. They are available in increments of $100 (USD) and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Redeeming Training Credits

Customers can redeem Juniper Networks Training Credits with Global Knowledge and choose from any of our eligible Authorized Juniper Networks training courses. Each Training Credit is redeemable for $1 (USD) of Global Knowledge Authorized Juniper training. The Juniper Training Credit price will be listed on each course page, if eligible.

Upon purchasing Training Credits from your Juniper Networks account manager, you will receive a unique access code and expiration date.
