If you’d like to be a Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, also make sure to complete one of the Microsoft 365 workload administrator certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.

What you need to do to get Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certified?

  1. COURSE PREREQUISITES: When you apply for the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, you must also have obtained one of the following MS 365 certifications, such as: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate.
  2. Follow the Microsoft 365 Identity and Services training course (M-MS100) consisting of the following modules:
    - Design and Implement Microsoft 365 Services
    - Manage User Identity and Roles
    - Manage Access and Authentication
    - Plan Office 365 Workloads and Applications
  3. Take practice test: MeasureUp Practice Test - Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MU-MS-100) (optional)
  4. Pass the exam "Microsoft 365 Identity and Services" (Exam MS-100)
  5. Follow the Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security training course (M-MS101), consisting of the following modules:
    - Implement Modern Device Services
    - Implement Microsoft 365 Security and Threat Management
    - Manage Microsoft 365 Governance and Compliance
  6. Take practice test: MeasureUp Practice Test - Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security (MU-MS-101) (optional)
  7. Pass the exam: "Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security" (Exam MS-101)
