Course Overview

Plan, monitor, and control projects with confidence by taking our PPC training and certification and learn how to do the right things the right way

When projects fall behind schedule, run over budget, or fail to meet expectations, this usually indicates a need for a consistent, controlled plan. Without a common approach to scheduling, tracking progress, or managing change, even the best teams struggle to deliver predictable outcomes.

The Project Planning and Control (PPC) Certification provides the practical tools and techniques needed to plan effectively, monitor progress, and stay in control—at every stage of the project lifecycle.

Built in partnership with the Association for Project Management (APM), this training helps individuals and organizations align their delivery practises, reduce waste, and increase confidence in project outcomes.
