Sabemos que te preocupas de los cambios que puedan surgir en tu organización y de sus efectos. Por ello, y siendo conscientes de la necesidad de una gestión efectiva y eficiente de programas y proyectos hemos desarrollado un amplio porfolio de formaciones en este ámbito.
Los programas, a menudo controlando múltiples proyectos, son diferentes de esos proyectos en que son sus resultados los que importan, no sus productos. La gestión de proyectos es la forma de gestionar ese cambio. Cualquier cosa, desde un gran evento deportivo mundial hasta la organización de una fiesta escolar, se puede considerar un proyecto. La gestión del proyecto se centra en controlar la introducción del cambio deseado a través de sus productos.
