Notre offre de formation à la gestion de projets informatiques propose des méthodologies et outils à adopter pour mener à bien un projet de qualité.
Des organisations internationales proposent des méthodes qui accréditent les compétences métier d’un chef de projet : PMP®, ACP®, PRINCE2®, Agile Scrum Master.
La spécificité du mode projet, au croisement du management et de principes généraux associant stratégie et budget, en fait un fonctionnement complexe à appréhender et à mettre en place : Organisation, délais, charges et coûts, planification, contrôle, gestion des risques, etc. Selon la nature du projet, les professionnels choisiront une méthode dite "classique" (PMP®, PRINCE2®) ou bien une méthode en gestion de projet Agile. Global Knowledge propose un parcours de formation Agile pour préparer aux différents titres de certification de la communauté Scrum.org. Une complémentarité entre les méthodes est fortement conseillée.
Global Knowledge est centre de formation en gestion de projet accrédité par les organisations internationales du PMI et de People Cert. La plupart des formations du PMI ci-dessous permettent de valider des points PDUs.
